European Commission
The European Commission (EC) is the executive of the European Union (EU). It operates as a cabinet government, with 27 members of the Commission (informally known as "Commissioners") headed by a President.[1][2] It includes an administrative body of about 32,000 European civil servants. The Commission is divided into departments known as Directorates-General (DGs) that can be likened to departments or ministries each headed by a Director-General who is responsible to a commissioner.

Employability
Employability is related to work and the ability to be employed
According to "Lee Harvey" employability is the ability of a person to obtain a satisfactory job, affirming that the acquisition of a job should not be prioritized over the preparation for employment to avoid a pseudo-measurement of individual employability. Lee argues that employability is not a set of skills but a range of experiences and attributes developed through higher-level learning, thus employability is not a "product" but a process of learning.
Lee Harvey: is a former Director of the Centre for Research and Evaluation at Sheffield Hallam University.

Creativity
Creativity is the act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Creativity is characterised by the ability to perceive the world in new ways, to find hidden patterns, to make connections between seemingly unrelated phenomena, and to generate solutions. Creativity involves two processes: thinking, then producing.

Critical Thinking
Critical thinking is a kind of thinking in which you question, analyse, interpret, evaluate and make a judgment about what you read, hear, say, or write. The term critical comes from the Greek word kritikos meaning “able to judge or discern”. Good critical thinking is about making reliable judgments based on reliable information
